Apps of the week

Android central named Ski Safari 2, The martian and Snapchat their apps of the week. Ski safari 2 is the second edition of Miniclip developed stunt game. The Martians offers gamers the chance of jumping into the best selling novels and critically acclaimed, fill the martian on ur phone and Tablets. Third from the Android central is Snapchat! We all know what that does.

Apple also picked their apps as Star Walk 2, an app that helps tou learn about astronomy and cosmos. The second app is a twisting puzzler game with 180 levels to conquer called Quetzalcoatl. The last pick called Tangent is also an image editing app named beautiful and powerful this week. The developers also developed the Pixite app.

My Samsung Galaxy Research

This was the big question i asked some friends this morning but the perfect answer they gave was they will continue to  make a lot of Galaxy line ofr phones. It got me thinking, Are all the Samsung Galaxy phones we see in the shops all from Samsung HQ??

Hell No!! Is the answer most of yall apple lover will be answering me with now. Any way Samsung Galaxy has between 26- 35 of the Galaxy line which ranges from Smartphones to Tablets. They include the Galaxy Mega, note, frame, ace, ace 2, ace 3, S, S2, S3, S4 mini, S3 mini, S4 zoom, S4 active, S4 Nexus, Tab 2, Tab 3, Tab, Note 8.0, Note 10.1, S6, S6 edge, S6 edge plus, S5, Grand duos and Grand Duos 2. 

I almost forgot the A brand but if you have any other brand like the Core or Prime, please Samsung has no brand like that in their list per my research so do the maths...

Samsung also announced in august they will also be adding the Galaxy J and O range to the Family so please check errrthing an dont hate me, hate my research.

Go Higher Tour - Tamale Review

My buddies in Tamale always love to go for shows which has big names attached to it and personally Its a great idea since i get d chance to give you reports from the show. To put the General show in one word, Amazing is the word. This goes to show how many Bhim fans are in the region. The stadium was filled to a maximum and ticket sales at the enterance was a problem since the organisers run out of tickets at sum point. 

Security was doubled and the programme had a late start. Im Told Double Tee and Trinity couldnt perform due to corrupted files being submitted to the DJ of the show. S.K.Y the Tamale Bouy Killed his performance followed by a swagged out Performance from Nandos the Zola Boy. 

Samini hit the stage after VVIPs Skolom performance but im told they performed alot of VIPs tracks making me wonder, was Reggie just watching as they performed or he performed promzys parts??? Another story for another day i guess. 

Everybody knows how Samini goes with a Band yeah? Im told they killed it before Stonebwoy hit the stage. The whole concert ended at 5am with a post from Stonebwoy. Anyway, kudos the the organisers and kudos to the artiste. Keep doing you. 

Forest Whitaker New Ambassador For UN

Its so nice to say this. Forest Whitaker is now the new ambassador for UN WFDI which has set 10 new goals for the project. The project is aimed at Eradicating poverty in Africa. In an interview on BBC's Focus on Africa the celebrity said the project is ongoing and as a brand ambassidor will edo everything in his power to help support the project. He was later on asked if he will ever do a full movie in africa with full african cast and producers but apparently he already did one in South Africa. I think UN made a good choice and we honored he accepted the Challenge to solving poverty. He is UNESCO's newest ambassador. 

Romantic Laughs

The Urban Comedy show presents Romantic Laughs another one from Comedy Bar. Funny thing is it happens each and every month. The Last saturday of each month but people haven't really heard about it enough. It has alot of names on it and will be very nice if you check it out once in a while or always. Its happening at the Silver Lounge(Accra Mall). It starts at 6:30pm. 

#IBelieve Campaign

SP Kofi Sarpong launches social media campaign ahead of his next Album. He calls it an #IBelieve campaign. It has a lot of great sound engineers on it and its set to be released on the 1st on November. I think every music lover ought to look out for the 2010 GMA gospel song of the Year. He has alot to give us so lets support the campaign. #IBelieve 

Empire Season 2

I have alot of things to say about Empire Season 2 premiere but if i do its gonna be a spoiler for a lot of people. All i can say for those who haven't seen the first episode which was released two nights ago is, this season is gonna be stompt.

Freddy Meiway Arrives For African Legends Night

African music legend Freddy Meiway touched down in the national capital of Ghana, Accra ahead of the anticipated music concert ‘African Legends Night’ put together by Global Media Alliance.

The musical concert which holds at the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, September 26, 2015, will also see top notch performances from Amakye Dede, Gyedu Blay Ambulley, Akosua Adjepong and Trigmatic.
Freddy Meiway is known for hit songs such as Miss Lolo, Zoblazo, Bomo and many others.

Go Higher Concert Tamale

This is another concert to hit the north after the Failed Sarkodie Mary album Launch. Its on organised by Bhim Nation in collaboration with Ruff Money, the concert is Dubbed "#GoHigher" which will feature artiste like Samini, VVIP and the Bhim General StoneBwoy! Other artiste said to be on the bill are Macassio, Mak-D and King of d North S.K.Y d Tamale Boy.

Inside scoop from an organiser says  the programme is set to be a three(3) day event. The Pre-party is scheduled to happen on the 25th of September with the artiste at Discovery Hotel in Tamale, followed up with the Concert at the Tamale Sports Stadium on the 26th of September. The programme will be crowned with the After-Party at Discovery  Hotels Pool. 

What buffles me are the rates for the  3 day event! Event organisers have set rates at GHC20.00 for regular and GHC30.00 for VIP which comes with a cocktail and a backstage picture taking wit the Stars. Hope it doesnt end up like the Mary Album Launch!

Finally! Finally! Finally! Skales finally debuts his official DJ for his OHK Entertainment Label. The artiste/DJ is called Spicey and they jump on this Echo produced beat to give us "Fashi". Check it out.

Its been a while i heard something new from Nathaniel Bassey but i'm so glad he finally delivered. He features Chioma Jesus who just started getting on my radar for no reason but i like her music to. The track here though is entitled "Jehovah Shammah".

Quotable lines from this track: Jehovah Shammah i see you everywhere, blessed redeemer, your glory fills the earth.

DNF - Fa Hwe So ft. Episode & Kojo Wusu(Prod. by Kin Dee)

I haven't seen talent this good but i have to confess, DNF is one of the few talents still out there. ON this track he features Episode and Kojo Wusu. They Call this Kin Dee produced track "Fa Hwe So" which literally means knock on it. Check it out and you wont regret it.

Bradley Barley is one of the big names being talked about when it comes to talent in Ghana these days. He just returned from holidays in Ada-Ghana where he was part of the organizing team for the Ada festivals. He also paneled the Miss Ada pageant. Today Bradley Barley gives us his new single as he promised on social media. The track here is entitled "Tonight" and has some serious instrumental that will keep you dancing on the dance floor. I think our music industry should expect more tracks from Kumawood artiste. Kwaku Manu is an actor in the Ghanaian industry who is good at his comedy but for the first time we hearing him on a track. That's very nice. He features Gallaxy on this tune he calls "Adoma" produced by the amazing Shottoh Blinqx. Check it out.
