The night of music, fashion and whirlwind attendance of fashion designers, writers, magazine editors and members of the media with special guest and super model, Alek Wek as a guest judge and the official opener for the evening.

Actress Kafui Danku was last Saturday crowned Miss F & W Gold 2014 at the Holiday Inn in Accra . She beat Genevieve Sebuava first runner -up and Jemima Adotei , second runner- up to win the coveted crown . Miss F& W Gold was coined from Fair and White Gold a beauty product which is designed to tone and protect the skin from the direct sun rays . Kafui Danku will be the face of Fair and White products for a year after which she will hand over the crown to the next successor.
The journey for Miss F& W Gold 2014 began on October 5 at PallyMax Talents Media in Tema where the auditioning was held .The auditioning comprised of several tests including talent display , skin intellectual test,
good manners among others .The crowning of Kafui also saw the unveiling of Fair and White Product for the first time in Ghana. The Dance Warrior of Africa entertained patrons who had come for the event with good traditional music Kafui Danku after being crowned said as an ambassador for Fair & White her duty will include service to Ghanaian women and men by sharing the benefits of Fair and White Gold Ultimate product using various methods of reaching them.

News: Olamide & Ice Prince Sign Endorsement Deals with TeleCommunication Etisalat.

Etisalat Nigeria has unveiled their first set of ambassadors– rapper Panshak ‘Ice Prince’ Zamani and Olamide Adedeji have signed endorsement deals with the telecommunications company. We are told the deals have been under the works for a long while with the telecoms company being sceptical about going down the ‘endorsement craze’ path which have been threaded by rival companies MTN Nigeria and Globacom. Both deals are worth around N20m each. The rappers let the cat out of the bag as they tweeted at each other ‘The swaggg ETISALAT get bwuoy no be

A rep for Ice Prince has confirmed the deal; ‘Yes it’s true, we’ve been on it for a while but it finally came
through’. NET earlier reported that Ice Prince had turned down an
offer made by Globacom. demanding for $1m instead. The deal never pulled through. Olamide’s manager Alex Okeke could not be reached as at the time of this report. We are told the deals which cover only Nigeria will last for a year and after then would be renewed if the company
deems it fit. NET reported earlier that D’banj had also inked a deal
with the telecoms company with
hismanager Tony Nwakolor telling us an announcement would be made in due time. We are told 2face Idibia might follow.

The Marina Mall, which has provided a unique shopping experience for families from all walks of life since it started operations in Accra, was officially launched at a well attended ceremony on Thursday. The fast emerging leading family center was officially launched by the Honorable Minister of Trade and Industry Haruna Iddrisu, under the authority of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. Also in attendance were Egypt and Lebanon’s Ambassadors to Ghana.  Honorable Haruna Iddrisu who cut the sod to symbolize the opening of the mall was taken on a tour around the mall by the Management of the Mall, which included the founders and their Mother, ‘Mama Marina’.
